Do I need a card for the free week?
No. You get 7 days with everything switched on. You only choose a plan if you want to continue.
What happens when the free week ends?
If you have not chosen a plan, your QR still takes customers to your Google review page, but the AI reviews, private feedback and dashboard are switched off. Choose a plan any time and everything comes back exactly as you left it.
Weekly or monthly — what is the difference?
The features are the same. Weekly is a smaller amount paid every week. Monthly is one payment a month and works out cheaper.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your dashboard. You keep everything until the end of the period you already paid for.
Are the reviews genuine?
The customer chooses the stars, picks or writes the words, and posts from their own Google account. We never post for anyone, and every customer can reach Google whatever rating they give.
