Privacy Policy

From business owners

• Account details: your name, email address, mobile number and password (stored in encrypted form).
• Business details: business name, category, services, address, logo, Google review link and what you tell the AI about your business.
• Billing details: your plan and payment status. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay and are never stored by us.

From customers who scan a QR

• The star rating and the options they tap on the review page.
• Private feedback they choose to send to the business, with their name and phone number only if they type them in.
• Basic technical data such as time of scan, device type and IP address, used for counting scans and preventing misuse.

We do not get access to anyone's Google account. A review is posted by the customer on Google's own page.

• To run the service: show the review page, write review suggestions, deliver private feedback to the business and show numbers in the dashboard.
• To manage accounts, free weeks, plans and payments.
• To send service messages such as login details, feedback alerts and billing notices.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell personal information.

Only with providers that help us run the service:

• Razorpay for collecting payments.
• Google (Gemini AI) for writing review suggestions. We send business details and the options a customer tapped, not the customer's identity.
• Google Drive for storing uploaded logos.
• Meta (WhatsApp Business), only when a business connects its own WhatsApp number to send review requests.
• Hosting and email providers that store and deliver data for us.

We may also share information when the law requires it.

We use your browser's storage to keep you signed in and to remember the language chosen on a review page. We may use basic analytics to understand how the site is used.

We keep account and business information while the account is open. When an account is deleted we remove or anonymise its information within a reasonable time, except records we must keep by law, such as payment records.

• You can see and change your details in the dashboard.
• You can ask us to delete your account and its data.
• A customer who sent private feedback can ask us to remove it.

We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords and restricted access to protect information. No online service can promise perfect security, but we work to keep your information safe.

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
